One day this older graduate student came up to the ILL office and asked me to find out what was wrong with the copier. She was putting money in it and the copies coming out were blank. I had a really hard time keeping a straight face when I got there. One lady was holding the book up against the FICHE COPIER screen and the other was plugging dimes into the machine. Come to find out they had already plugged $1.50 into the machine before coming for help...
