ECWPI: East Central Wisconsin Paranormal Investigations
ECWPI was founded in 2005 by Chief Coordinator Matt Schenk and is based in the triangular area of Manitowoc, Sheboygan and Oshkosh.
We are a group of people who are interested in proving the existence or non-existence of paranormal phenomena. Coming from all walks of life, we bring a variety of experience and knowledge to each investigation.
ECWPI utilizes a scientific method of investigation, using video equipment, electronic sensors, recordings and other means to eliminate other possibilities.
We work closely with our clients to preserve confidentiality and trust. There are no fees for investigations except in cases where travel time is more than two hours . Any fees are negotiated ahead of time and may be waived in cases of exceptional interest.
